This has amazing potential, but because of my limited artistic creativity, I feel a bit limited by the pieces I'm given. There are top and bottom hemispheres, but you don't have bottom curved pieces (so I can't even make something very basic like say, a wheel...) or bottom pyramidal pieces. It would also be nice to have finer layer control for the thinner pieces, in case you wanted to make something two-thirds the thickness of a thick block.

It's a cool "sandbox" toy though, and I hope you develop it further.

Oh, and since this is Newgrounds... I'm surprised nobody has done this yet:

(maybe they have, but it's just on another page of comments)

This game is alright, but there is a whole lot of "WTF???"

For example:
- why is this rated "E" when you can clearly see the girl's hard nipples?
- why does it say I've found a plunger when I click on a rolling pin?
- why the hell is there a sock lying around the produce aisle?
and so on...

My inner 5 year-old loved this game, but my outer self said "wtf" to the randomly-placed exhaust pipe on the third car. Also, did you mean to draw the "number one" hood ornament from a 1920s Audi, or did it just come out looking like that?

This game could certainly use a bit more depth, like maybe some math problems for programming the ECU's on the newer cars, or some volume puzzles to tune the carburetors on the older ones... Or something like that, anyway. As it stands, it's really short and there isn't much to it.

I find this more intuitive than the average "escape" game, but my one beef is that you don't tell the player that s/he has to zoom in to combine objects. I scored 1928 my first try, but I think that would have been much better if I didn't spend so long figuring out how to combine things.

Lol, pretty good for a first game. The scoring system is a bit wacky though... I've two-starred levels where I've gotten all pizzas and nothing else, and I think I 3-starred level 5 (the last one, even though there is a "6" after it???)

The game just hangs when you hit the "game over" screen, you should have a button back to the main menu or something.

The style of the game kind of reminded me of the old "game and watch" LCD games.

Can you tell me how I can give my game 5 stars, because you're killing me larry! Try the new version!

Ah man... These games... Same handful of characters, slightly-modified in every game... Angular-jawed protagonist with weird, anal-retentive voice, obvious-bad-guy character who you know is a bad guy because his brow is always furrowed, probably a few others... Same bat-shit insane logic as all adventure games (oh hey, I poured water into a sheet-metal barrel that for some reason can't be tipped over, and a piece of metal with ZERO BUOYANCY WHATSOEVER rose to the top!) But hey, at least they didn't have the gall to beg for money at the end like last time...

1/5 "Nothing too new or interesting" is this in a nutshell.

Just in case I'm not wasting my breath and the game's creator checks these comments, let alone "habla ingles": do please make these games longer (instead of a three-part scheme like you seem to be going for right now, make it all one game) and PLEASE either make different-looking characters or stick to the same names for every game. Gracias.

I loved the first game in this series (I must have played it on another site, since it isn't in your profile), and this one seems almost the same, but with some balance changes/refinements and a new "world map" system (I think?) The maps getting progressively harder and one boss battle per level concept is neat, but the achievements popping up in the middle of a boss battle is annoying, since it obscures a good number of the boss' "bullets".

Also, I'm not sure if English isn't your first language or if you are just bad at it; on your next game, you can shoot me a PM and I can proofread for you if you want.

"Nothing too new or interesting"... I've seen this kind of game a lot before, but it was cool of you to put a Christmas spin on it so I could have some puzzle time during the holidays.

I'm not sure if I'm just an anomaly, but I didn't find this too terribly taxing. Maybe next Christmas, you can release a level pack with some more fiendish levels I can swear at...

duquekarl responds:

Yeah Monkius, this time the levels were not too hard. It's difficult to find a balance between easy and hard. If you really want fiendish levels and more challenge, try this previous game I made - SteamyBalls: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/610387

Level with the red guy. I don't get it. Then, again, I gave up pretty easily.

Also, I love all the ignorant people in the comments who don't realise this is a Ludum Dare game... (Okay, that's a lie; I don't love them at all. But it is funny in a sad sort of way, at least)
